Terms & License

These terms govern your use of the apps made and distributed through this site ("an app" or "the apps"), developed and licensed by Besian Shala, Italy. The apps are pay what you want: you choose the amount at checkout, zero included, and the license you receive is the same either way. Orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. By ordering or using an app you agree to these terms.

1. License

When you order an app, whatever you paid for it, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on Macs that you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. The app is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

• Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute an app or your license key.
• Share your license key publicly or with people outside your control.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this is expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

3. Third-party services

The apps are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies behind any third-party service they work with. Where an app integrates such a service, you need your own account with that provider, and your use of it is governed by that provider's own terms.

The specifics for each app currently sold through this site:

Timse

Lemon Squeezy as reseller and for licence keys; Sparkle for in-app updates; Spotify or Apple Music, only if you pick one. You can also pick neither.

Toggle Music

Toggle Music works with your own Apple Music subscription and/or your Spotify account (Free or Premium). "Apple Music" and "MusicKit" are trademarks of Apple Inc.; "Spotify" is a trademark of Spotify AB. We are not affiliated with either, and we do not provide music content.

4. Ownership

We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the apps. This agreement does not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Updates

We may release updates to the apps. Updates are provided at our discretion and are covered by these terms. An app may check for and download updates automatically; you can disable this in the app's settings.

6. Right of withdrawal & refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of digital content. However, because the apps are digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery begins, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83). At checkout you will be asked to give this consent before downloading.

On top of your legal rights, the apps come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on whatever you paid: if you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your order and you'll get that amount back. An order placed at zero has nothing to refund. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. See the full Refund Policy for how to request one.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This does not affect mandatory statutory warranty rights you have as a consumer under Italian and EU law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of an app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU continue to apply in your favour.
